*  3% county and island taxes additional.

We will hold your dates for seven days.
Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your $250 security deposit.

Your rental must be paid in full 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.

CANCELLATION

Written notification is required to cancel or change your reservations.  Your Security Deposit will be forfeit for cancellations less than 30 days prior to your rental date.

Your rent will be forfeit for cancellations less than 14 days before the date of occupancy.   We will, however, make every attempt to fill
the home and return your rent to you if we are successful in securing another reservation.
